Shay Spencer

General Manager and Morning Show Host

Shay is a native of Northwest Arkansas and has served in ministry for the past 30 years. Most recently, as pastor of Community Church in Union Missouri, a new church plant in 2021.

He has been married to the love of his life, Kriss for 33 years. Together they have two children: daughter Mati and son Kade.

Shay began in ministry as a singer/songwriter and worship leader. Eventually, serving churches as pastor, worship leader and Bible teacher in Arkansas, Oregon and Missouri.

As someone who has experienced the blessing and uniqueness of the ministry of K-Light, he is thrilled to now be a part of it!

Joanna Goslin

Director of Marketing & Donor Development and Morning Show Co-host

Joanna was voted “class clown” in high school and has been making people laugh ever since. She also hopes to infuse her humor with meaningful insights that point people to Jesus. Joanna has called North Bend home since 2008, where she lives with her husband and three daughters.

Ryan Hanson

Ryan grew up in Chicago and always had a connection to radio, namely through sports. He is excited to meet and see Oregon, the people, and share his perspective and thoughts on how God has moved in his life, here, with the K-LIGHT family.
