    Details: The party starts at 1pm at the Coos History Museum, with a welcome speech from the city’s mayor, Joe Benetti, representatives from the Coquille Indian Tribe, the Confederated Tribes of the Coos, Lower Umpqua and Siuslaw Indians and the History museum’s local historian, Steve Greif. The Coast Guard will do an aerial display over the bay and immediately following that there will be the cutting of the ceremonial Birthday Cake.
